1 cup frozed hashbrowns
1 cup frozen peas
1 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp corriander pd.
salt and chilli pd to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
some jeera or rai
Get the masala ready (Like you did for rajma).
Add the hashbrowns and the peas, (they take just about 7-8 minutes
to get tender) and add about 2 cups of water.
Keep the heat medium high and cover up the sabzi to reduce the cooking
