While you have peeled potatoes boiling, sautee a whole ton of onions
in olive oil until golden and soft.
- Lasagne noodles
- olive oil.
Mash the potatoes with either a hand thingie or a beater until
relatively lump free (relative being an important term here...
we don't go too far in the mashing thing and warn all of our non
formal guests that anyone who minds is more than welcome to finish
Layer lots of the onions (first to oil the bottom) and cooked lasagne
noodles and potatoes, ending with noodles and onions to cover them.
Bake until the tasty looking. :)
