Coco-Loco (Dominican Republic)

The infamous Coco-Loco drink, made with the juice of a real coconut, is perfect for vacationers willing to leave their inhibitions behind.

SERVES 1

  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • 1 slice lemon

Cut 3 inch hole in the coconut.

Pour in the tequila, rum and gin.

Add several ice cubes and stir in the grenadine.

Throw in a slice of lemon and a straw.
