Not So
Queso Dip

- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Spanish paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- tortilla chips
Mix dry ingredients in saucepan.
Stir in water over medium heat, wisk constantly until mixture
thickens and begins to bubble.
Let cook one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in margarine until it is melted.
Stir in can of tomatoes.
Return to heat for a few minutes.
Pour over chips or use as a dip.
You can also use this recipe for macaroni and "cheese". just leave
out the tomatoes and pour sauce over cooked pasta.
