this is something i just played around with one evening and it
Chop avocado and tomato into medium sized pieces and place in food
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled
- 1 roma tomato
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chile oil
- salt to taste
Blend for 30 seconds.
Then pour in olive oil and chile oil while motor is still running.
Then when you've reached your desired consistency season with salt
Its great with portobello quesodillas or on a veggie sandwich!
