Candy Recipe

Here is a wonderful candy recipe.
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup wheatgerm
- 4 Tbsp brown rice syrup (or maple syrup?)
- 1 tsp. lemon extract(opt)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup ground walnuts or almonds
Toast seeds and wheat germ at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cream together syrup and peanut butter.
Add extract.
Add seeds, raisins, nuts and wheat germ.
With hands form into 12-15 balls.
Roll into nuts.
Wrap in cellophane or just place in a airtight container in the
refrigerator.
