1 cup dry navy beans
3 cups boiling water
2 Tbl. vegetable bouillon
salt and pepper to taste
Wash beans and remove rocks and bad beans, etc.
Cook beans in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Blend beans in fresh water (about 1 cup beans with 2 cups water) until
all beans are blended.
Return to pot with bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cook about 5 minutes to heat through.
