Tofu Blueberry

- 2 tablespoons Honey-style sweetener (eg Maple Syrup)
- 2 1/2 cups thawed and drained frozen unsweetened Blueberries
- 1 package Mori-Nu Silken Tofu
In a blender or a food processor, combine all ingredients.
Whip until smooth.
Serve chilled.
Makes 4 servings of 2/3 cup each.
Per serving:
125 calories, 3.9 g protein, 2.6 g fat, 23.3 g carbohydrates, 7
mg sodium 0 mg cholesterol 61 mg potassium.
