- Elena's Black Pepper Linguini (12 oz)
- Garlic Survival Company Pasta Sauce (16 oz)
- 1 bag or bunch of fresh spinach
- large handful of snow peas
- 1 large tomato - roughly chopped
- 2-3 tbsp roasted pine nuts
Bring water to a boil, add pasta, cook until al dente.
Heat sauce in a separate pot, med-low.
Add the snow peas 2 minutes before draining.
Add spinach 30 seconds before draining.
Drain pasta, toss with vegetables and sauce.
Sprinkle tomatoes and pine nuts over top.
