• Large skillet
• olive oil
• artichoke hearts
• mushrooms
• egg plant
• green onions
• pesto
• sun dried tomatoes
• Angel Hair pasta
• garlic 6 cloves

in skillet olive oil (1/2 cup) get moderately hot.

add in artichoke hearts and all other vegetable ingredients about ten minutes apart.

once ingrediates is translucent cover and simmer about 20 min.

cook angel hair pasta and drain

toss ingredients and pasta until very well mixed and serve.

pine nuts can be distributed.
