This was adapted from Marilyn Diamond's Fit For Life cookbook
1 bunch broccoli (chopped, I use some stems, too)
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 yellow pepper (if it's in season and cheap) (sliced)
1 orange pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
Steam all veggies.
Drain both, mix together in large bowl, with sesame seeds, with
olive oil, black pepper and rock salt to taste.
Sometimes I also add a few drops of sesame oil and hot chili oil.
