Crock Pot

Serves 8. Leftovers freeze well.
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 chopped onion
2 tbls. olive oil
1 (28 oz.) can Tomato Puree
1 (28 oz.) can Crushed Tomatoes
1 tbls. sugar
1 tbls. Sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
Pour into your crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients to crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Serve over your favorite macaroni and sprinkle with "non dairy
parmesean cheese".
Can be used in a pasta casserole instead of bottled spaghetti
sauce.
