Pasta Burbery

Serves 6. Cooking time is 15 minutes.
- 1 packet of 350gms tri-colourpasta shapes.
- 2 yellow capsicum diced
- 1 small tin of whole kernel corn.
- 2 tablespoons of chunky peanut butter.
- 2 tablespoons of mushroom oyster sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of pounded mixed red chilli garlic ginger.
- 5 big red tomatoes, diced.
- pinch of salt.
- some black pepper.
- a dash of oregano.
- 2 teaspoons of tomato ketchup.
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on packet and keep aside.
Mix the peanut butter with mushroom oyster sauce, brown sugar
and the pounded ingredients.
Heat the sesame oil and fry the above indgredients, add diced
capsicums, corn and then add in the diced tomatoes, a pinch of salt,
black pepper, oregano, tomato ketchup and keep stirring.
Mix in the boiled pasta, stir and serve.
