And "Cheesy" Tofu
I made this today for Lunch, I also added available vegetables,
califlower, mushrooms, and zucchini.
I needs salt and pepper added to the sauce part.
But other than that it was very good.
Yield: 4 servings
Preheat oven to 375.
- 1 Box macaroni cooked up
- 1 md Onion finely diced
- 1 c (or more) of mashed tofu
- 1 1/3 c Soy milk
- 2 T Flour
- 1/2 c Nutritional yeast
- 1 ds Vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 3 ds Tamari sauce
- 1/2 t Garlic powder
- 1 ea Pepper to taste
- 1 ea Soy parmesan to taste
While macaroni is boiling, chop onion.
Combine soy milk, flour, yeast, Worcestershire sauce, Tamari sauce,
pepper and garlic powder.
Put drained macaroni in an oblong baking dish.
Add tofu and soy milk mixture.
Shake soy parmesan on top and mix.
Bake at 375 for approx. 30 min. till done.
