- 1 10 oz. box of pasta
- 1 medium onion
- several tomatoes (the number depends on how much sauce you want)
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of each: oregano, parsley, and basil
Place dry, uncooked pasta into a pot of boiling water and then follow
the directions on the box.
While pasta is cooking, chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes.
Take a pan and put it on a medium heat and pour the olive oil in it.
The pan should be hot enough so the oil sizzles, but doesn't bubble.
Then place the tomatoes, garlic, and onion into the pot.
Cover with a lid and stir every several minutes.
The sauce should be very soft and mushy in about 15 minutes.
When the sauce is this consistency, take off burner and add the oregano,
parsley, and basil.
By this time, the pasta should be done.
Place it in a large bowl and top with the sauce.
