Very quick supper for 2/3.
- 1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained
- 100g spaghetti per serving
- Olive oil
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Chopped black olives (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet (they
know best). Meanwhile, gently heat the oil and cook the crushed garlic
through, then stir in the chickpeas and keep it all hot. When the
spaghetti is done, drain it and toss everything together, with olives
if liked. Season and serve.
Thinly sliced mushrooms fried with the garlic are a good variation.
