An alternative to fatty spreads
from Vegetarian Resource Center - Boston, USA

 

  • 1 - 2 heads roasted garlic
  • 1 can white beans, drained (save liquid)
Squeeze out the good stuff from the roasted garlic and blend til smooth with the drained beans.

Add back liquid as necessary for consistency.

Put in as pretty dish or crock and serve with good bread.
