Basic Pancakes

This recipe is from Lindsay Wagner's High Road To Health:
- 1 1/2cps.whole wheat pastry flour
- 1T cold pressed vegetable oil
- 1/4tsp.salt
- 1 3/4 cps. soymilk
- 3tsp.baking powder
Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whip the soymilk and oil for about one minute,and then pour into the
flour mixture.
Heat your griddle and then brush with more oil, griddle or pan must
be hot.
Pour 1/4cp of batter for each pancake and cook for about 3 mins,but
check so as not to burn them. |
