Ginger
Lemon Refresher... (chilled beverage recipe) ...

a chilled beverage to help keep you cool on a hot summer day...
- water
- ginger roots
- freshly squeezed organic lemon juice
- honey style sweetener
- optional cinnamon sticks
1 - Boil 16 cups water on stove
2 - Thinly slice 2 whole ginger roots
3 - Place ginger in boiling water
4 - Boil covered ginger for 45 minutes
After water/ginger is fully boiled:
5 - Add 6 cups freshly squeezed organic lemon juice
6 - Add 2 cups of favorite honey-style sweeter
7 - Pour into large pitcher or jar
8 - Chill and serve w/or without cinnamon sticks
