Fried Tofu
Sandwiches

Quick and easy on the run recipe!!
Serves 4
- 1 block firm tofu
- 2 tblsp. vegetable oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 red onion
- lemon juice (optional)
Sautee onions until nice and brown.
Add slices of tofu to frying pan, fry the slices till they are
golden brown.
Add garlic towards the end, so it doesn't go black.
Add a splash of lemon juice for flavour.
Add your favourite sandwich toppings and enjoy!!
Firm tofu works the best..
