On the mornings I can't cook because I am short of time (which
is almost all of them), this is delicious, quick, and oh so packed
full of energy!
If you don't drink it all I wouldn't keep it.
Through it out as fresh juices lose their potency quicker.
but, they are so much better for you!
1. Juice vegetable and fruit in any order in a juice. Mix juices well.
Serve over ice
- 4 carrots stems removed
- 3 apples cut into quarters (or smaller depending on your juicer)
- 1 orange, peeled and seeds removed
- 1 lemon, peeled and seeds removed
To serve 1:
- 2 carrots stems removed
- 1 1/2 apples
- 1/2 orange peeled and seeded
- 1/2 lemon peeled and seeded
