Oatmeal
Cookies

- 3 cups rolled oats,dry-roast til slightly brown
- 1.2 cup chopped nuts or seeds,dry-roast (I use sunflower&sesame)
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- pinch of sea salt
- 2 Tbl. corn oil
- 3/4 cup barley ,malt
- 1/2 cup of raisins (opt.)
- water (or apple juice)
Mix flour & oats.Add salt&oil,mix threw.
Add malt, raisins, nuts or seeds, and mix.
Add water (or juice) to moisten batter until it will drop from a spoon
to make each cookie.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 for 20-25 min.
Should make 1 1/2 doz.
