Shakshuka

- 5 Soft tomatos - finely chopped
- 2 Red pepper - finely chopped
- 1 Green pepper - finely chopped
- 2 egg-replacers (for 2 persons)
- Hot paprika
- Salt
- Garlic - finely chopped
- 5 tablespoon oil
In a deep pan warm the oil and then add in the garlic.
Add the peppers and let it soften.
Then add the tomatoes not paprika, salt.
Stir it all together and then add the egg replacer in the pan.
Let it all cook for 2 hours on a very low fire.
Serve it warm with Pita bread. |
