Handfull - Pumpkin seeds
1/2 handfull - sunflower seed
1/2 handfull - almonds
2 tblsp - soya sauce
Heat ingr. in a skillet (gentle) until the pumkin seeds pop.
Then tip the soya sauce over is and stir.
Once dry let cool and here we have a healthy snack which you can
eat during the day.
