lovely with a cup of herbal tea
1 combine all dry ingredients.
- 200 grammes golden syrup
- 300 g. flour (110)
- 3 spoons margarine
- 1 spoon soy milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 spoon (or to taste) sea salt
2 Heat up all wet ingredients.
3 MIx both together. preheat oven to medium heat(150-180°C)
4 make small biscuits and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
These biscuits are very healthy, especially made with plain flour
Why not add some other spices according to your own taste?
