Strawberry/Bannana Soother

This recipe was taken from a carton of Silk Soy milk.....

• 1 c. Soy milk
  
• 1/2 c. diced strawberries
  
• 1 sliced bannana
  
• 2 Tbsp. sweetner of choice(eg. maple syrup, honey, sugar, ect)
  
• 1/8 tsp. real vanilla extract

In the blender, combine ingredients and blend till smooth and creamy

This shake is best after chilling for a while in freezing compartment of refrigerator and before bannana turns off colour.
