- 1 Baked beans tin
- 1 Onion
- 8 Oz Mushrooms
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon full of Vegan worcestershire Sauce
- black pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- half teaspoon of Oregano
- 1/2 Red pepper
- Tablespoon oil preferably olive oil
Firstly fry the diced onion until slightly brown.
Then add the muchrooms and fry for a about 1/2 minutes then add
diced tomatoes and red pepper and stir.
Then add worscestershire sauce, oregano, black pepper and the garlic
and stir in.
Lastly add the beans and simer.
Tastes good on a jacket potato and is good as a dip at buffets
