Onion Soup

- onions x as many as appropriate or to taste
- vegan stock
- tomatoes - fine chopped 1 per person
- mustard - 1 tsp per person
- 1 pint of water per person
- salt and pepper to taste
- tomato puree - 1 squeeze per person
- garlic puree - to taste
- provencale herbs
- pesto
- lemon juice
Simply put all into a saucepan and simmer for at least 10 minutes,
but the longer the better as it intensifies the taste.
Very cheap, very simple, very refreshing for summer!
Serves: many.
