Howard Lyman

FORMER LOBBYIST FOR CATTLE AND DAIRY INTERESTS RENOUNCES BOTH IN MOVE TO VEGAN LIFESTYLE

Howard Lyman, 4th Generation Cattle Rancher and former Lobbyist for Meat and Dairy Industries, determined, when he saw both his health and his land fast fading. Fearing imminent loss of life, and, even if survival, at least the amputation of both legs from lifestyle- and diet-related degenerative disease, he vowed to find understanding about why not only his health, but also his once lush, fertile land had become dry, arid, dusty - where crickets no longer chirped, and where birds would seldom sing, where worms could hardly ever be found in the earth, and where ever more chemical fertilizer was required to give even a rudimentary yield.

Environmentalists, Pro-animal activists, and Natural living proponents, PLUS many, many others from many walks of life - professions, trades, business, institutions - will share together in exploring the harm done by animal agriculture and an animal-centered diet, but from the perspective of those who have been liberated from the awful grip of such habits, and who are free to rejoice in healthier prospects, with insights about how oppressive many modern institutions and lifestyle practices really are.
