Welcome to the official information site for the Vegetarian Food Fair Manual Project. The manual project is a cooperative effort between the Vegetarian Union of North America (VUNA), the project manager, and vegetarian organizations and individuals throughout North America. The goal is to produce a manual that can be used by any individual or organization interested in organizing and holding a vegetarian food fair.

The draft of the manual is complete! The text now appears in final form in the draft section of this Web site. Page layout images will also soon be available in addition to images of the tables and illustrations in the manual.

Completing the draft and layout of the manual is a huge step toward the completion of this project. But there is still work left to be done. Expert and novice food fair organizers alike are needed to read the manual and send their comments and questions about the material. Once we're sure that the manual covers all the topics needed to organize and hold a vegetarian food fair, we can add the finishing touches and make the manual available to vegetarian groups throughout North America.
