Post-Fair Strategies

After the fair is over, you should take time to evaluate the organization of the event and the event itself. You should determine your profits, evaluate your inventory of merchandise and literature, update your files and documentation, and think about what you would change if you organized the event again. This part explains these procedures and assists you in organizing the materials you've amassed so that next year's fair practically organizes itself!
