A selection of cookbooks, books, and periodicals on vegetarianism

The number of books, cookbooks, and periodicals devoted to vegetarianism has increased dramatically in recent years, reflecting the explosive growth of interest in things vegetarian. The following lists cover some of the major titles and are not intended to be comprehensive. Inclusion of a book in a list does not imply that the Vegetarian Union of North America endorses the opinions of the author.
