and experiences. Whether it is during the social gatherings or
the many physical activities, you will feel the support of like-minded
individuals helping build your energy and enthusiasm. You will
leave feeling recharged and re-energized. You may even meet your
future soulmate!
But on top of all that we will be bringing you a variety of
fun and exciting programs to inspire, inform and entertain you
using varied formats, from hands-on workshops and cooking demos
to group discussions and formal lectures, Topics will cover a
wide range of themes:
- Health Issues

research, the benefits of vegetarian diets, and even the effects
of diet on fitness and athletic performance.
- Food Planning and Preparation

ingredients? Do you know how to prepare tempeh? Or maybe you
just want to sample great-tasting food prepared before your eyes
There will surely be something here to whet your appetite.

or simply won't to understand the philosophical underpinnings
of vegetarianism and compassionate living, you will find something
hers to hold your interest.

across? Do you know how to effectively use media? If you are
involved in running an organization do you need help? Do you
know how to raise funds? These questions and more will be answered

- Being Vegetarian
And what about the day-to-day realities of parenting, eating
out, travelling and socializing? Are you a youth experiencing
peer pressure? Are you looking for ethical ways of investing
your hard-earned cash? How we live our lives as vegetarians concerns
more than just what we eat.
