This will be a WVA "mixer" rather than our usual sit-down dinner. The owners will provide us with a large variety of vegan selections "buffet" style. This is an excellent opportunity to sample a wonderful assortment of soups, appetizers and entrees. Fabulous food and great company....what more can you ask for!

• Spanikopita (made with tofu)
