VEGETARIAN
FOR
LIFE
A Talk with Brenda Davis, RD
In this cutting edge presentation,
acclaimed speaker and registered dietitian Brenda
Davis answers the most commonly asked questions by vegetarians
and people thinking of becoming vegetarian, including:
-
Where will I get my protein?
-
Don't you need dairy products to get enough calcium?
-
Doesn't the lack of vitamin B12 in plant foods
prove that people need meat?
-
How can we get sufficient omega-3 fatty acids
without fish?
Brenda's talk will provide the guidance you need
to design a plant-based diet that is nutritionally sound and highly protective
against chronic disease.
Brenda
Davis is co-author of the best-sellers Becoming Vegan, Becoming
Vegetarian, The New Becoming Vegetarian and Defeating Diabetes,
and the soon to be released Raw Revolution Diet. Visit her site

The
Return of the
MAD COWBOY!
