- Soup: Butternut squash, garnished with a cashew cream swirl and fresh dill.
- Entree (choose one at the dinner):
* Breaded tofu cutlet sandwich topped with homemade cranberry sauce and braised winter greens
* Walnut Crusted Portabello (gluten-free). Served on a barley risotto with squash
* Sunflower Seed Roast - a classic at Mondragon for the last 10 years, potato, onion and sunflower seed pate, in a crispy phyllo pastry.
And served with a choice of mash n' mushroom gravy, green beans and roasted beets, or roasted sweet spaghetti squash
- Dessert: Tray of holiday dainties as well as a little package of sweets to take home to the family.

WVA New Members' Nite
